- Violating any United States, state or local law regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported from the United States, or posting information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices
- Providing false information on your registration form, feedback or any other message
- Distributing content that consists of hyperlinks to sites that contain content not permitted pursuant to the Terms of Use of the Kinjunction site
